You can write us your grievance on info@bestigo.co along with the proof of service commitment which are failed to deliver. On receiving the grievance, our refund team shall immediately get into the matter and if it finds non-catering of services on our part. We'll gladly refund your payment within 72 hours of your refund request.

Please note refund request could not be processed if defined scope of work already performed partially at any stage and completion of service stuck due to unforeseen circumstances which is beyond our control.
